Keighley College is seeking a Job Coach Team Lead in our Supported Internships department. You will lead a dedicated team to empower learners with disabilities to build confidence, skills and experiences that lead to meaningful paid employment, by forging strong employer partnerships and working with students, families and external agencies.
This is a part-time, reduced year role: 30 hours per week, 36 weeks per year, with pro rata salary from £20,560 up to £21,796.
