Are you ready to kick-start your career in events and project management? We’re looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Events and Projects Apprentice to join our vibrant Marketing team! In this exciting role, you’ll help plan and deliver a variety of impactful events aimed at boosting student recruitment across the Luminate Education Group.
You’ll play a key role in building the reputation of our college brands by creating memorable, experience-led events that leave a lasting impression.
As part of this opportunity, you’ll also work towards a Level 4 Associate Project Manager Apprenticeship, gaining valuable skills and hands-on experience while shaping the future of education.
What You Will Do
Working closely with the Events Marketing Lead and the strategic marketing team, you\'ll play an active role in bringing our events to life across all Luminate brands. From open days and school outreach to major recruitment campaigns, you’ll help deliver dynamic, high-impact events that truly connect with prospective students.
You\'ll be part of creating standout experiences on campus, at external venues, and online designed to inspire, inform, and engage. You\'ll monitor event outcomes and impact, ensuring every event delivers value and makes a lasting impression.
This is a hands-on role where creativity, collaboration, and energy are key. You’ll work with curriculum teams, professional services, and the wider marketing department to help deliver innovative, interactive events that reflect our brand and deliver a first-class experience. Flexibility for occasional evening and weekend work is essential but so is a passion for creating events that make a difference.
About You
An apprenticeship combines the world of work with the world of learning. We are looking for an individual who would like to gain hand-on practical training in a busy marketing department, with a passion for events.
You will be required to have GCSE qualifications in English and Maths or equivalent and preferably have completed a level 3 qualification.
You will have good organisation skills to manage multiple events and projects at once with good attention to detail.
You should have experience of working in a team, with knowledge of marketing and the FE sector being advantageous.
