About the Role
18‑month fixed‑term apprenticeship to gain a Level 3 qualification in Business Administration. Apprentice will work within the Apprenticeship Directorate. Base location is Keighley College campus, with visits to Leeds campuses required.
Level 3 Apprenticeship Rates
- Under 18 years – £16,012 per annum
- 18‑20 years – £21,510 per annum
- 21+ years – £24,520 per annum
What You’ll Do
- Business Administration, Employer Engagement and Learner Recruitment Support responsibilities.
- Attend external meetings and events representing Luminate Education Group (networking events, school assemblies, career fairs, celebratory evenings, etc.).
- Respond to inbound leads and enquiries and provide customer service support to existing employer partners via telephone, website, marketing campaigns and referrals.
- Maintain robust knowledge of the college’s offerings, including Apprenticeships, T Levels, Commercial Training and Work Placements.
- Support the preparation of proposals detailing the training solutions the college can provide.
- Ensure databases and systems are up to date.
About You
- English and Maths at Level 2 / GCSE at grade C / 4 or equivalent.
- IT skills with strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Track record of maintaining excellent customer service standards while managing competing priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
- Ability to communicate clearly with diverse audiences (learners, internal teams, external organisations/providers).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
