About The Role
Luminate Education Group are recruiting for an Advanced Practitioner to join our TLA team. Are you a passionate and skilled educator looking to make a real impact? This is an exciting opportunity to join our established team of Advanced Practitioners at Luminate Education Group, playing a key role in our journey towards outstanding. As an Advanced Practitioner with a keen interest in vocational skills, you will collaborate with curriculum departments and provide expert support to enhance teaching, learning, and assessment for students and apprentices across the group. What You Will Do
- Lead on training and development across curriculum departments.
- Support and guide early careers teachers and colleagues to continuously improve through mentoring and coaching.
- Conduct quality assurance activities that inform and shape improvement strategies.
- Dedicate one day per week to teaching within your area of expertise.
About You
- A keen interest/background in vocational teaching, learning and assessment.
- A proven track record of good or better teaching, learning, and assessment.
- A confident and empathetic approach to mentoring, coaching, and professional development.
- A passion for sharing best practices and driving continuous improvement.
- Have a good level of digital skills and be confident in the use of Artificial Intelligence (AI).
