We started LCAT with a vision of creating a truly transformative therapy service. Our work is rooted in a deep understanding of attachment and trauma, and we bring together creative, somatic, and talking therapies within a compassionate, relational culture. Our small and welcoming team supports adults, families, and young people through individual psychotherapy, often integrating multiple approaches for any one client.

Our ethos is warm, collaborative, and justice-driven—we hold space for depth and healing, while staying creative and flexible in how we work.

We’d love to hear from you if you are:

  • An experienced Adult Psychotherapist or Psychologist working in an integrative, creative way – and who welcomes working as part of an innovative and close-knit team.
  • Confident in delivering relational psychotherapy for adults, grounded in trauma-informed practice and have additional clinical training in EMDR.
  • Interested in using creative and somatic approaches in your work – or perhaps you’d love to add this to your practice with support and guidance.
  • Passionate about the practical applications of attachment theory and eager to learn more and train with us to enhance this element of work with your clients.

We invest as much in our team as we do in our clients. You’ll bring professional depth alongside openness, warmth, and flexibility. If you’re motivated by social justice, committed to making therapy accessible, and excited to work collaboratively within a not-for-profit social enterprise, we’d absolutely love to hear from you.
