How you'll make a difference

You'll design and deliver high-quality, blended learning pathways across our Head Office and Cobalt locations, both virtually and in person.

Your training will help colleagues build confidence, reduce time to competence, strengthen operational consistency and embed customer-first, compliant standards that support excellent outcomes across the Society.

What will you bring to the role?

  • Regulated financial services training experience with CEMAP qualification.
  • Understanding of regulatory frameworks, operational risk, customer journeys and financial processes.
  • Strong instructional design, facilitation and communication skills.
  • Ability to communicate complex processes and regulation in a simplified way whilst maintaining accuracy.
  • A progressive, continuous improvement mindset, with experience in supporting operational change.
