As a Planning Optimisation Analyst, you'll play a key role in helping us deliver for our members and colleagues by ensuring we have the right resources in place to meet customer demand across our Customer Division. Role can be based at either our Leeds head office or Newcastle-upon-Tyne, Cobalt Business Park on a hybrid basis.
How you'll make a difference
Our Planning Optimisation Analyst is responsible for creating and maintaining workload volume forecasts and modelling colleague resource requirements across customer-facing teams. This includes analysing volumes such as new mortgage and savings.
