And you can play your part too join our Mortgage Services team as a Strategy & Performance Specialist (Collections).

How you'll make a difference. You will work collaboratively with Credit Risk & Mortgage Services operations to ensure collections & interest only contact strategies are being executed both effectively and in line with minimum standards (in line with DM policy and standards). To review data and insight, identifying opportunities to improve portfolio and operational performance implementing actions to deliver this. You'll work closely with Senior Manager, Strategy & Performance to review external performance benchmarking to identify best practice opportunities to deliver high performance across collections and interest only strategies.
