How you'll make a difference: We are seeking an experienced Senior UAT Test Lead on an 18 month secondment to play a pivotal role in our Core Banking Transformation, the largest programme of change in our 150-year history. You will be accountable for ensuring the solution is fit for business use prior to go-live, so colleagues can operate it safely and confidently at implementation.
- You'll define the UAT strategy, set clear entry and exit criteria, and own the UAT operating model.
- You'll lead a team of direct reports and a wider test community (25+ matrix/indirect testers) comprising Society colleagues and third-party consultants, creating the conditions for disciplined execution, robust governance, transparent reporting, and objective assessments of readiness and risk.
- UAT will validate critical customer and colleague journeys; end-to-end processes across functions.
