And you can play your part too as a Senior Power Platform | Dynamics 365 Developer within our Core Replacement Programme - the largest transformation programme in the Society's 150 year history. This programme supports our ambition to put home ownership within reach of more people for generations to come - we need to replace our Core system with new, more flexible and resilient applications, providing the foundation for future strategic transformation.

You will be part of a new squad to help with the delivery of our new Assisted Channels solution that will be used by our Contact Centre, Branches and Back Office functions to support our members with their mortgages and savings products. This will be delivered through a modern cloud-based ecosystem including a Power Platform and Dynamics 365 front end and with .NET and Cloud AIS integrations with our new Mambu SaaS Core banking platform. Working across the tech stack you will be developing new complex front-end solutions utilizing the Microsoft Power Platform and Dynamics 365, you will get involved with systems design and specification, produce technical specs as well as test and document program code. We are looking for someone who has utilised their Power Platform expertise in a complex enterprise environment rather than someone developing citizen apps.

What you’ll bring to the role:

  • Extensive experience in the following strategic tooling: Dynamics 365 Power Platform (PowerApps (Canvas and model driven), PowerBI, PowerAutomate, custom code extensions)
  • Experience in the following technologies would be beneficial: C#.Net, .NET framework, .NET Core, API's, Azure Integration Services, Azure DevOps or similar pipeline tooling, SQL Server
  • Experience in working in an Agile environment.
  • Power Platform Developer Associate (PL-400) or a Dynamics 365 Functional Consultant certification (PL-200 or MB-220) essential
  • Power Platform Solution Architect (PL-600), Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Service (MB-230) not essential but highly desired.
