And you can play your part too we have an opportunity to join our Intermediary Distribution team as a Business Development Manager covering Milton Keynes, Oxford, Watford, Luton, Hertfordshire and the surrounding areas (postcodes are AL, EN, HA, HP, LU, MK, OX, SG and WD). If you're interested, you must live within this area to be able to fulfil the role, as you will be field based and will need to travel to meet new and existing clients.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a Business Development professional with experience of working in Financial Services with Mortgage Brokers and Independent Financial Advisors to work for a business that has grown significantly in the past few years and is investing in its transformation, people and strategy.

How you'll make a difference

You'll be a self starter who'll develop highly effective relationships with Intermediary firms, their brokers and key personnel and achieve regional development KPI's across a range of quality and quantity measures. You'll be organised to deliver the sales performance objectives for each Intermediary firm and to ensure the Intermediary firms and brokers are kept fully informed about our criteria, product ranges, services and changes to terms and conditions.

What will you bring to the role?

  • Proven business to business (B2B) sales management experience within the UK mortgage market.
  • Strong influencing, PowerPoint (presentations) and communication skills.
  • A track record of building and maintaining close third-party relationships.
  • Strong mortgage industry and distribution knowledge.
  • Ability to work independently, from home and in the field with face to face broker meetings.
