How you'll make a difference

As our Branch Manager, you'll have the opportunity to make a significant impact in our Sale Branch.

You will ensure that the branch operates in a compliant and efficient way through the development of an effective high performing team.

By motivating colleagues to succeed and exceed branch objectives, you will ensure compliant administration of the Branch.

Whatever your day brings, your work will really make a difference, and you'll feel proud of delivering positive outcomes for our customers.

What will you bring to the role?

  • Experience leading, coaching and motivating teams in a retail, financial services or similar customer-facing environment.
  • A passion for delivering exceptional customer service, with the confidence to support positive financial conversations and outcomes for members.
  • The resilience, empathy and judgement to manage challenging situations, including supporting customers in vulnerable circumstances.
  • Strong communication, conflict resolution and team-building skills, with the ability to influence and inspire others.
  • Understanding of FCA rules, Consumer Duty and relevant financial products such as savings, mortgages and insurance.
  • Confidence using performance data, Microsoft 365 tools and new systems to support effective branch operations and continuous improvement.
  • Ownership and accountability for delivering objectives, applying learning and meeting operational expectations.
