And you can play your part too we're looking for a creative, commercially minded Senior Social Media & Content Executive to join our Brand Marketing team.

This is a newly created role providing the opportunity to help shape and deliver a business-to-business marketing approach from scratch, defining how Leeds Building Society communicates with mortgage brokers and intermediary partners.

You'll create credible, useful and engaging content that supports broker relationships, strengthens our brand and helps put home ownership within reach of more people.

How you'll make a difference Working with Intermediary Marketing, Mortgage Distribution, Intermediary Sales, Product, Corporate Affairs, Brand and Creative teams, you'll turn business priorities, market insight and broker needs into compelling social media and content activity across Linked In and other professional channels.

From thought leadership and market commentary to product support, case studies and partner storytelling, you'll create content that feels timely, trusted and valuable to intermediary audiences.

What will you bring to the role?

Experience in social media management and content creation in a B2B (business to business) environment.

Strong copywriting skills and the confidence to adapt tone for a professional, specialist audience.

A good understanding of Linked In, content strategy and engagement tactics.

The ability to turn insight, commercial priorities and market themes into content that lands well.

Strong collaboration skills, organisation and attention to detail.

Experience in financial services, with knowledge of mortgages/intermediary market dynamics would be an advantage.
