Branch Manager . How you'll make a difference: As our Branch Manager, you'll have the opportunity to make a significant impact in our Kendal Branch. You will ensure that the branch operates in a compliant and efficient way through the development of an effective high performing team. By motivating colleagues to succeed and exceed branch objectives, you will ensure compliant administration of the Branch. Experience leading, coaching and motivating teams in a retail, financial services or similar customer-facing environment.
