The predicted salary is between 40000 - 50000 € per year.

You'll lead the governance, administration and delivery of our Foundation and grant-making activity, making sure everything we do is compliant, aligned to our ESG priorities and creates measurable impact in the communities we serve. Working with colleagues and external partners, you'll oversee grant processes, manage non-colleague-facing charity partnerships and deliver project-based social impact initiatives providing clear insights, reporting and impact stories that help us learn, improve and advocate for positive change.

What will you bring to the role?

  • Proven experience in grant management, social impact delivery and/or impact measurement
  • Strong understanding of ESG practices, community engagement and building effective partnerships
  • Excellent organisational and governance skills, including supporting trustee meetings and working with regulatory bodies (e.g., Charity Commission and Companies House)
  • Strong analytical skills - confident interpreting data and translating it into clear reporting and compelling impact narratives
  • Great communication and stakeholder management skills, with high attention to detail and a commitment to compliance
  • A passion for supporting communities, with the leadership skills to role model, care, connect and coach
