And you can play your part too – join our Brand and Marketing team as a Senior Intermediary Campaign Executive. This role is based in our head office in Leeds, with hybrid working (2 days per week in the office).
You'll lead the delivery of intermediary marketing campaigns that support broker engagement, mortgage growth and our distribution priorities. Owning the end-to-end campaign process, you'll plan and execute activity across the intermediary market, ensuring it's well briefed, coordinated and delivered to a high standard in line with our brand and regulatory requirements. Working closely with intermediary sales stakeholders, Mortgage Product Managers, and our content, design, digital and web teams, you'll translate briefs into structured delivery plans, coordinate agencies and suppliers, and manage media schedules to deliver timely, targeted and compliant campaigns. You will also track performance, capture learning and recommend improvements for future activity.
What will you bring to the role?
- Experience delivering creative B2B or intermediary marketing campaigns (ideally within financial services or mortgages).
- Strong planning, coordination and project management skills, with high attention to detail.
- Experience managing third parties and marketing agencies, including briefing, quality control and approvals.
- Confidence working with sales-led and product-led teams to shape campaigns that meet broker needs.
- Comfortable working in a regulated environment, ensuring activity meets brand, compliance and regulatory standards.
- Experience using Salesforce (or similar CRM) to support campaign coordination, stakeholder communication and performance reporting.
