And you can play your part too. Join our Customer Risk and Assurance team as a Customer Conduct Manager at the Leeds Head office on a 12-month Fixed Term Contract.
As our Senior Customer Conduct Manager, you’ll help us deliver good customer outcomes by leading the development, maintenance and oversight of our conduct-related policies, frameworks and reporting. You’ll play a key role in embedding Consumer Duty requirements across the Customer Division, using insight, governance and constructive challenge to strengthen the way we manage customer risk.
What will you bring to the role?
- Strong knowledge of conduct risk and Consumer Duty within a regulated financial services environment.
- Experience developing, maintaining and enhancing policies, frameworks, standards or methodologies relating to conduct, Consumer Duty or vulnerable customers.
- The ability to produce high-quality governance reporting and management information for senior leaders, committees and Board-level audiences.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence, challenge and present complex information clearly.
- Experience leading, coaching or developing colleagues, with strong organisation skills and the ability to manage competing priorities.
