join our Brand Marketing team as a Campaign Executive.

We are looking for a marketing professional who enjoys turning ideas into successful campaigns to help deliver engaging, multi-channel marketing activity that strengthens our brand, supports business goals and creates great customer experiences.

How you'll make a difference Working with teams across the business, you'll coordinate campaigns from brief to delivery, manage budgets and workflows, and ensure all activity meets brand and compliance standards.

You'll also support corporate partnerships and sponsorship activations, including Leeds Rhinos, helping maximise their impact.

Using performance data and insights, you'll measure campaign success, identify opportunities for improvement and help deliver consistent, effective communications across all channels.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is pro-active, organised, collaborative and passionate about marketing, with a drive to continually improve and develop their skills in a supportive, fast-paced environment.

What will you bring to the role?

Proven experience delivering marketing campaigns, managing activity across multiple channels and stakeholders to achieve clear business and customer objectives.

Strong understanding of brand management, campaign planning, marketing principles and consumer behaviour.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence and engage a range of audiences.

Ability to build effective relationships and work collaboratively across teams, functions and external partners.

Creative and commercially minded, with strong attention to detail and a focus on delivering high-quality outcomes.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with marketing, digital and campaign management tools.

Strong planning and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver at pace.

Knowledge of market research, campaign measurement and marketing analytics, with the ability to translate insight into action.
