The predicted salary is between 36000 - 60000 £ per year.

We have a hybrid working model, where you can work 60% from home, with the rest of your time being flexibly based at our brand new, sustainable head office in Leeds city centre, just 5 minutes' walk from the train station.

About the role

This is an excellent career pathway for someone either from an IT background looking to explore their skills in a new area as we look to mature our IT Asset space or someone from a finance and budget oversight background looking for a new challenge. The IT Asset and Cost Analyst will provide assurance, control, and oversight of operating costs to the Management team, in conjunction with a Finance Business Partner. They will be responsible for the IT invoice and procurement process, ensuring invoices are approved and returned, challenging cost as required. The role will also involve working with Legal and Procurement on supplier contracts and longer term, the role will develop into looking at our IT Assets, rationalising our software estate, software version control and software licensing.

What will you bring to the role?

  • Any experience of managing or overseeing budgets, reporting on operational costs or managing suppliers highly desirable.
  • A background in IT (particularly IT Asset Management, Configuration Analysis) or finance similarly desirable.
  • Self-motivated and proactive.
  • Good problem-solving skills.
