Salary: £60,000 - 60,000 per year
Requirements
- Hands-on experience designing, building, maintaining and supporting AI solutions end to end in an enterprise environment
- Experience with Microsoft AI tools, including Foundry and Copilot
- Strong technical capability in Python
- Awareness of responsible AI, AI risk management, data protection, UK GDPR, security and compliance principles
- Good problem-solving skills with the ability to turn business challenges into practical AI or automation solutions
- Confidence working with both technical and non-technical stakeholders and explaining complex ideas clearly and collaboratively
- Experience with cloud-based AI, analytics or engineering platforms; Databricks would be beneficial

- Design, build and embed AI capabilities that solve real business problems and support our transformation, data and AI ambitions
- Work closely with business teams, architects, security, risk and data colleagues
- Take ideas from proof of concept through to scalable, well-governed solutions
- Help build practical, secure and responsible AI solutions that make a real difference for our colleagues, customers and members
