You'll lead the creative, content and social direction that shapes how our brand shows up for members, colleagues and communities.

How you'll make a difference You'll lead our creative, content and social media function, bringing the Leeds Building Society brand to life through distinctive, engaging and consistent work across member, colleague and stakeholder touchpoints.

As our senior creative adviser, you'll set the standard for brand expression, inspire high-performing teams and deliver compelling creative and content that supports our commercial goals and strengthens our reputation.

What will you bring to the role?

Senior leadership experience across creative, content, studio and/or social media teams A strong eye for brand, storytelling and creative quality, with the ability to turn strategy into standout work Confidence influencing senior stakeholders and acting as a trusted adviser on brand expression and creative impact Experience developing multidisciplinary teams and creating an inclusive, collaborative and high-performing culture Commercial awareness, strong planning skills and the ability to manage priorities, budgets and resources effectively Awareness of financial services communications, governance and regulatory considerations would be helpful And in return, you'll get the best from us: Hybrid working 2 days per week in the office Annual bonus of up to 15% Matched pension contributions up to 10% 30 days holiday, plus bank holidays and holiday purchase scheme Colleague Mortgage and Saver products 2 days' volunteering per year We'll give you a place to belong with the support to learn, develop and shape a meaningful career.
