Working as part of a centralised Colleague Services team, you will support the People function to enable our colleagues to perform at their best through the delivery of a high-quality service throughout the colleague lifecycle.

This is an excellent opportunity to gain a real understanding of how the People function works.

What will you bring to the role?

  • Experience of working in an HR or customer-facing team is an advantage but not essential.
  • Ability to prioritise and work to deadlines, within set service standards and organisational procedures.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Able to communicate confidently with all levels within the business
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Interpersonal skills
  • Ability to maintain high personal and professional standards, exercising integrity and confidentiality.
