And you can play your part too join our Mortgage Services team as a Strategy & Performance Specialist (Collections).
How you'll make a difference:
- You will work collaboratively with Credit Risk & Mortgage Services operations to ensure collections & interest only contact strategies are being executed both effectively and in line with minimum standards (in line with DM policy and standards).
- To review data and insight, identifying opportunities to improve portfolio and operational performance implementing actions to deliver this.
- You'll work closely with Senior Manager, Strategy & Performance to review external performance benchmarking to identify best practice opportunities to deliver high performance across collections and interest only strategies.

- Good understanding of collections & interest only strategies, processes and regulatory requirements.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to interpret data and present actionable insight.
- Ability to identify technical & process improvements to solve problems in a pragmatic & effective way, considering time, cost & benefits to customers & colleagues.
- Ability to prioritise and work flexibly.
- Ability to communicate complex and technical information.
