And you can play your part too join our Mortgage Services team as a Strategy & Performance Specialist (Collections).

How you'll make a difference:

  • You will work collaboratively with Credit Risk & Mortgage Services operations to ensure collections & interest only contact strategies are being executed both effectively and in line with minimum standards (in line with DM policy and standards).
  • To review data and insight, identifying opportunities to improve portfolio and operational performance implementing actions to deliver this.
  • You'll work closely with Senior Manager, Strategy & Performance to review external performance benchmarking to identify best practice opportunities to deliver high performance across collections and interest only strategies.
