Our purpose drives everything we do, and you can play your part by joining our Credit Risk team as a Senior Credit Risk Analyst. In this role, you'll use your analytical skills to turn complex data into clear insight, helping us understand and explain movements across capital and impairment. How you'll make a difference You'll analyse portfolio, model and economic trends to ensure movements in the capital and impairment numbers are well understood, providing clear insights to both internal and external stakeholders. As a Senior Analyst, you'll lead and manage projects independently, drive continuous improvement and support the development of junior team members. What will you bring to the role? Proven experience working in credit risk analytics, ideally on mortgages. Proficient in the use of SAS/SQL or similar analytical tools. Previous experience of working with capital, provisions or within a modelling function within secured lending would be highly advantageous. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to clearly convey complex issues to non-technical stakeholders. Experience using PowerBI would be desirable.
