How you'll make a difference You'll be a trusted partner to leaders and colleagues across the Society, supporting the delivery of complex employee relations case management, organisational change and the delivery of continuous improvement people projects.

You'll balance colleague experience, commercial priorities and employment law to help the Society make sound decisions and deliver change effectively.

What will you bring to the role?

Level 5 CIPD qualified, or significant, relevant HR operational experience Strong end to end experience of successfully leading on and resolving complex employee relations cases, including working with conciliatory services, unions and Employment Tribunals Excellent applied knowledge of the UK Employment legislation and best practice.

Experience of supporting and leading medium and large scale people focused projects Ability to exercise strong judgement and handle sensitive matters confidently Experience of building strong relationships with and influencing senior stakeholders Analytical mindset with ability to pull and use data and insights to inform decisions Strong working knowledge of organisational design and development methods Commercially astute, experience of aligning HR interventions with business strategies
