How you'll make a difference
We are currently looking to recruit an Azure Cloud Platform Manager to help us build and run our public cloud infrastructure platform. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is looking to develop their Cloud Leadership experience further or step up from a senior technical role. You will assist the Senior Platform Manager by managing the development of our platform offering ensuring it's stability, scalability, performance, functionality and security. Collaborating across teams, driving best practices and fostering innovation. Helping the society to deliver its goals through efficient and reliable cloud solutions.
What you'll bring to the role:
- Proven experience in developing and managing Azure platforms.
- Strong knowledge of Azure services including API Management, Networking, and App Services.
- Must be Azure competent and understand its capability.
- Able to take business requirements and translate these into an architectural roadmap highly desirable.
- Excellent problem solving and the ability to work in a fast paced collaborative environment.
- People leadership experience with a desire to coach and develop our DevOps population.
- Experience in governance, cost management and compliance frameworks highly desirable.
