Location: Leeds Bradford Airport
Shift Pattern: 4 on, 4 off (Nights)
At Leeds Bradford Airport, we’re proud to serve Yorkshire and beyond as a key gateway to the world. Our team plays a vital role in keeping the airport clean, safe, and welcoming—day and night. We’re currently looking for a motivated and hands-on Night Cleaning Supervisor to lead our night cleaning team. If you’re ready to take on a supervisory role where no two nights are the same, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Lead, support, and motivate the night cleaning team to deliver high standards across the terminal
- Allocate duties, manage shift tasks, and ensure effective handovers
- Monitor performance, manage absence, and maintain training compliance
- Operate cleaning machinery and carry out general cleaning duties
- Ensure all work is completed in line with LBA’s Health & Safety standards and audited cleaning regimes
- Oversee cleaning consumables and coordinate deliveries
- Stay visible and proactive within the terminal to support passengers and operational partners
- Assist with disruption response and adverse weather planning, including snow clearing

- Previous experience in a supervisory or team leader role
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Confidence using cleaning machinery and following H&S procedures
- A proactive, flexible attitude and commitment to excellent customer service
