Leeds Beckett University is seeking a friendly, enthusiastic, and highly customer-focussed individual to work within our Student Services Centres. The role holder will join the Student Services Directorate, providing a range of proactive advice and administrative support to students, staff and visitors, through a range of interventions, including telephone, email, frontline delivery and campaigns.
This is an exciting opportunity to make a real difference and become part of a highly motivated and progressive team within Student Services. The ideal applicant will have experience working within a busy customer-focused environment or higher education. They will be a strong team player, have excellent communication skills, and be passionate about the delivery of outstanding customer service and continuous improvement.
You should be a flexible individual who can work across our two campuses in the city centre and Headingley. The role requires onsite working during our opening hours between 9 and 5 Mon-Fri. We are unable to offer remote or flexible working.
