Job Description

Leeds Beckett University is seeking a friendly, enthusiastic, and highly customer-focussed individual to work within our Student Services Centres. The role holder will join the Student Services Directorate, providing a range of proactive advice and administrative support to students, staff and visitors, through a range of interventions, including telephone, email, frontline delivery and campaigns.

The ideal applicant will have experience working within a busy customer-focused environment or higher education. They will be a strong team player, have excellent communication skills, and be passionate about the delivery of outstanding customer service and continuous improvement. They will be able to use their initiative, creativity and problem-solving skills to answer queries and help to develop our service.

You should be a flexible individual who can work across our two campuses in the city centre and Headingley. The role requires onsite working during our opening hours between 9 and 5 Mon-Fri. We are unable to offer remote or flexible working.
