Financial Services are looking for an Operations Administrator to provide support to the Financial Operations Team in its day-to-day operations. You'll act as the University contact in respect to all operational matters ensuring documentation is in place for all transactions, ensuring that they adhere to University Financial Procedures & Regulations.

The position will require the post holder to manage both Payments and Income functions, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in processing invoices, payments, and receipts. The role will be expected to shift tasks based on departmental needs, providing flexible support across both functions.

Ideally the applicant will have experience of Finance in a large organisation, have an eye for detail, excellent IT skills and good communication.
