Timetable Officer (Fixed term to 26/02/27)
Join Leeds Beckett University as a Timetable Officer. We’re looking for a proactive and organised individual to support our Timetable Office.
Job Description
As a key member of the team, you will:
- Provide a comprehensive academic timetabling service, working closely with academic and administrative colleagues to produce full-year timetables for students and staff.
- Optimise the use of the University estate and specialist facilities, ensuring timetable systems and records are accurate and well-maintained.
- Offer support, guidance, and training on timetabling and data capture systems, and assist with the production of management reports for key stakeholders.
- Contribute to the planning and operation of projects, implement business and system processes, and liaise with software suppliers to resolve issues.
Qualifications
- Experience of timetabling in higher education or a similar environment.
- Strong IT skills, ability to use corporate databases and analyse data to support business intelligence.
- Excellent problem‑solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to deliver quality user training.
- Committed to outstanding customer service and can communicate effectively with a range of stakeholders.
