Leeds Beckett University’s Leeds Business School seeks a Student Engagement Officer to join a hybrid team, working partly at City Campus and partly from home. You will analyse attendance and engagement data to identify patterns, monitor student participation and proactively contact students at risk to support their academic journey.
You will combine analytical, administrative and student-facing duties, maintain accurate records and use insights to guide your work, all while building positive relationships.
