Leeds Beckett University is seeking enthusiastic, proactive, and motivated individuals to work as Open Research Officers within our Open Research Services Team, part of Library and Learning Services. The team provides a comprehensive support service for the Library research services offering. You’ll respond to researchers’ queries, develop a range of guidance materials, participate in project work, assist with communications and training delivery, and support research workflows including Open Access, publishing outputs, electronic theses (eTheses) and REF (Research Excellent Framework) requirements.

Requirements / Qualifications
- Experience of Higher Education research and library environments, including the principles, technologies and processes that underpin them.
- Enthusiastic, proactive, and motivated with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team.
- Good communication skills and a willingness to develop new skills through professional development.
Working arrangements
The role will be based at Headingley Campus, and the role holder may be required to work at City Campus. This role is suitable for a mixture of on campus and hybrid working. Working arrangements are dependent on the job role, team and University requirements and will be discussed with candidates at interview.
