We are looking for a proactive, forward‑thinking employee relations professional (CIPD level 5 or above) to join our supportive HR team within a fast‑paced and stimulating environment. A strong team player with excellent communication skills, you thrive on finding solutions and making a difference.

You must have ER case management experience and establish relationships and credibility quickly to enable you to deliver an expert, pragmatic approach to a variety of complex employee relations matters. In your role you will be the day‑to‑day contact on employee relations matters for a range of academic schools and professional support areas, advising and coaching managers on best practice and enabling them to apply a risk‑based approach to their decision making.

You will work alongside a great team of HR Advisers and HRBPs, plus the wider HR team, and together strive for continuous review and improvement to ensure we deliver a quality service.
