About The Role
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Customer Service Assistant to support our ongoing work with Leeds United Foundation. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people and takes pride in delivering excellent customer service. As the first point of contact at the Carnegie School of Sport reception, you will be a friendly and professional presence, helping to create a welcoming environment for all visitors.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide access to booked spaces within the Carnegie School of Sport building
- Deliver a high standard of customer service, representing the School and University positively
- Act as the first point of contact for queries, concerns, or emergencies
- Liaise with Security to resolve any issues within the building
About You
- Friendly, approachable, and reliable
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to remain calm and professional in a range of situations
- Previous customer service experience is desirable but not essential
