The predicted salary is between 28800 - 43200 £ per year.

We are seeking to recruit individuals who can provide excellent and flexible learning support as a member of the team of Learning Support Officers supporting the delivery of the academic curriculum. The successful candidate will work closely with other learning support staff within the team to ensure the effective delivery of teaching, learning, research, enterprise activities and the maintenance of high-quality student experience. The role includes planning, preparation, set-up and maintenance of sport & exercise sciences facilities and equipment. Working closely with staff and students to provide quality teaching and learning, as well as demonstrating the use of ICT equipment.

Responsibilities

  • Work across teams and independently to provide planned and responsive learning support.
  • Plan, prepare, set up and maintain sport & exercise sciences facilities and equipment.
  • Provide quality teaching and learning support and demonstrate the use of ICT equipment.

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Knowledge and interest in sport & exercise science, preferably with an associated undergraduate degree.
  • Competence in basic ICT skills.
  • Willingness and motivation to look at solutions which progress the area forward.
