We have an exciting opportunity for an organised individual to join our School of Built Environment, Engineering and Computing as a Course Administrator. You will provide efficient administrative support for a variety of courses. You will be responsible for the proactive management of course administration activities, such as acting as a key contact point for students and the course team. Maintaining and updating records, organising and servicing of meetings and compiling reports.

You will ideally be a whizz with spreadsheets, databases and utilising Microsoft packages such as Word and Excel. You will have excellent communication skills, with the ability to adapt your style to look after students, colleagues at all levels, and external customers. We are looking for a flexible and enthusiastic team player to join our busy service and work collaboratively as part of a high functioning team.
