A vacancy has arisen for a Pathway Leader in 3D Design on the Foundation Diploma, part of our Further Education provision. The role may also contribute to the Extended Diploma course. The role includes teaching general visual language during the diagnostic introductory stages, being responsible for the planning and delivery of the 3D Design specialist pathway plus administrative and line management responsibilities.
Applicants should have a degree in a related subject and a teaching qualification. They should be able to demonstrate a technical appreciation of processes and equipment relevant to the pathway, knowledge of industry and courses at degree level that could benefit the students' learning experience and progression into HE, and a clear understanding of the administration requirements to support the management and delivery of the course.
Experience of teaching in the FE sector along with experience demonstrating leadership qualities in an educational setting are essential.
