Leeds and York Partnership NHS Foundation Trust (LYPFT) invites applications for a Senior Practitioner within the Crisis Resolution Intensive Support Service (CRISS) in Leeds. This role can be offered as a 12-month contract or as a secondment for internal applicants.
You will undertake shift coordinator responsibilities, crisis assessments and home-based treatment interventions, working across an MDT to reduce admissions and facilitate early discharge. RNMH/OT/SW registration is essential.
