Leeds and York Partnership NHS Foundation Trust is seeking Band 5 nurses for its Older People’s inpatient service in Leeds City Centre. You will lead a ward team, coordinate daily care, and work with service users, families and carers to plan and deliver person-centred care.
You should be RMN or RNLD, compassionate, and able to advocate for patients within a multidisciplinary team. Flexible/hybrid working arrangements are available to suit service needs.
