Myddelton House Gardens is looking for an enthusiastic Catering Duty Manager to take charge of our charming Bowles Tea Room and help us deliver unforgettable moments for every visitor. What You’ll Do
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the Tea Room, ensuring smooth service and impeccable standards.
- Inspire and train your team to deliver outstanding hospitality.
- Act as a hands-on leader; Barista, Till Operator, and problem-solver when needed.
- Implement health & safety and food hygiene standards with confidence.
- Collaborate on an annual catering strategy that maximizes seasonal opportunities like Easter and other key events.
- Work closely with the Myddelton House team to grow visitor numbers and enhance the venue’s reputation.
What We’re Looking For
- A natural leader with experience in catering or hospitality management.
- Strong customer service skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
