Join our team in managing our building and assets. 35 hours per week (Monday to Friday).

The award-winning Lee Valley Regional Park stretches an incredible 26 miles along the leafy banks of the River Lee, from Ware in Hertfordshire, through Essex, to the Thames at East India Dock Basin. It contains a variety of landscapes and open spaces to enjoy, from heritage sites and nature reserves, to a 1,000 acre country park, built facilities such as the Twin Pad Ice Rink and Velodrome to marinas, Camp Sites and Riding stables to the White Water Centre built to host the London 2012 Olympic Games canoeing. The Lee Valley Regional Park has something to offer everyone.

We are currently working on a number of high-profile sporting, leisure, environmental partnerships and investment development opportunities. An excellent position has become available to be located at our Enfield office for an experienced professional to join a multi-disciplined Asset Maintenance team.

As an associate Member of RICS or the equivalent in practical experience, you should be financially astute and computer literate. Ideally, you will have experience in all aspects of Property Maintenance to both residential and public buildings. A full driving licence and access to a vehicle is an essential requirement.
