Due to the continued expansion of our business, we are seeking Assistant Site Managers at our sites in Dobbs Weir, Hoddesdon (EN11 0AS) and Sewardstone, Chingford (E4 7RA). We are looking for positive, creative, energetic people who are essential to the day-to-day running of our sites and will assist us to meet our commercial expectations of providing diverse spaces for recreation, sport, nature conservation, and public enjoyment.
Working within our campsites you will be required to assist the Site Manager with the day-to-day operations as well as developing the income streams and facilities. Maintaining and improving our customers' journey and health and safety will be key aspects of the role, as will deputising for the Site Manager in their absence. You will need to be able to manage both people and resources, demonstrate the ability to multitask, and have a strong customer-focused background. Be a key player in the smooth operation of one of our campsites delivering dream holidays for our visitors.
