We are seeking a full-time, experienced, multi-skilled Fire and Security Installation Engineer to join our growing team. If you have at least three years of experience, a passion for technology, and a commitment to delivering top-tier service, we want to hear from you!
What We’re Looking For
- The ideal candidate will be someone who is proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to take on challenges.
- You should be comfortable working at height and have no health issues that may prevent you from doing so (e.g., back problems, dizziness, or long-term conditions).
- A full, clean driving license is essential, along with the ability to pass a DBS check for working in schools.
- All candidates must be able to pass security screening and relevant Police Checks to ensure the highest level of trust and safety in our industry.
Location: Primarily London and Home Counties
Salary: £35k – £45k per annum (depending on experience and expertise)
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
Benefits:

- Call out rota with standby payment (£25 per weekday, £50 per weekend/bank holiday)
- Holiday allowance starting at 20 days per year, increasing by 1 day per year after 3 years (up to 25 days)
- Immediate start preferred, though a one-month notice period is acceptable
Key Responsibilities:
- Install a wide range of security and fire safety systems, including:
- Intruder Alarms (Texecom)
- Access Control (Paxton, PAC)
- Door Entry Systems (BPT, Fermax)
- Video Door Entry (BPT, Comelit)
- CCTV Systems (Hik, DVR’s, NVR’s, Analogue, IP Cameras, Networks)
- Fire Alarm Systems (Analogue, IP Network)
Requirements:
- Minimum of three years of experience in fire and security installation
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to take on challenges
- Comfortable working at height with no health issues that may prevent this
- Full, clean driving license
