With a strong reputation for safety, quality and reliability, we continue to grow and strengthen our Commercial and Finance teams to support ongoing business performance.
The Role
We are recruiting for a newly qualified Accountant to report into our Senior Commercial Accountant. The role will support the CVR (Contract Valuation Report) process, ensuring it is followed in full, all inputs are accurate and clearly understood, and reporting is generated to enable effective analysis of business performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Support and run the CVR process with necessary validation checks
- Maintain and manage the CVR timetable
- Generate standard monthly reporting
- Produce ad hoc financial and commercial analysis
- Update budgets and variations
- Ensure changes in cash flow are accurately reflected within the CVR
- Work closely with the Junior Commercial Analyst on day-to-day activities
- Provide cover for the Senior Commercial Accountant when required
- Undertake other duties as required

- Ability to prioritise tasks and manage workload efficiently
- A strong work ethic and commitment to delivering high-quality support to colleagues
- QBE or Part-Qualified Accountant
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel (including pivot tables and lookups)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics Business
