Overview

Integrated Marketing Manager at Lee Longlands. Location: Birmingham. Reports to: Head of Ecommerce & Marketing. Contract Type: Full-time, Permanent. Working Pattern: Monday to Friday / 37.5 hours. Salary: £38K-£42K per annum.

About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and creative Integrated Marketing Manager to join our marketing team. This is a key role supporting the execution of multichannel campaigns that drive customer engagement, increase showroom footfall, and support local marketing initiatives across our UK-wide retail estate. Working across both digital and traditional marketing channels, you will lead on social media content, email campaigns, and localised activations to support trading plans and promotional calendars. This role will suit someone who is organised, commercially minded, and thrives in a fast-paced retail environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, schedule, and publish engaging content across social media platforms to support brand activity and drive customer engagement
  • Create and deploy email marketing campaigns in line with promotional and seasonal objectives
  • Support local marketing activity to drive awareness and footfall into physical showrooms, including targeted campaigns and community engagement
  • Collaborate with internal teams (design, ecommerce, and sales) to ensure brand consistency and alignment across all marketing activity
  • Track and report on key performance metrics, providing insight and recommendations for continuous improvement
  • Assist with the development and delivery of integrated marketing campaigns, including print, POS, events, and in-store promotions
  • Keep up to date with trends in retail marketing and customer behaviour

Skills and Experience

  • Experience in a marketing role, ideally in: Retail; Home furnishings sector; Premium end consumer products
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, including social media and email platforms
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
  • Strong attention to detail and creative flair
  • Data-driven mindset with experience using reporting tools such as Google Analytics and email campaign platforms
  • Confident using Microsoft Office and design tools (e.g. Canva, Adobe Creative Suite)
