Responsibilities
Sales Administrator (Chinese Speaking) – 12-Month Fixed Term Contract
We are seeking a Chinese-speaking Sales Administrator to join our team on a 12-month fixed-term contract. In this role, you will support our sales operations by managing order processing, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, and ensuring the smooth execution of administrative and logistical activities. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently while embracing Lee Kum Kee’s company culture and values.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Order Processing
- Communicate with HK - IE Functions & Taipo & XinHui Plants
- Order amendments
- Change of Port of Discharge/Final Destination
- Shipping Document
- MOQ issue
- Communicate with Trade Partners / Distributors
- Provide Sales order details, confirmation, invoice and shipping documents
- Order amendments – quantity, label, formulation, language
- Update Sales Order Status Report
- Arrange POP Material to customers
- Provide Sales Order Forecast to Finance
- Provide Sales Support to Sales Team
- Filing
- Admin Function
- Stationeries & office supply Ordering and monitoring of stock level
- Liaison with suppliers on Office maintenance & supply issue
- Sourcing of Quotations
- Managing Company car fleet including insurance, servicing, etc
- Covering office switchboard, dealing with telephone enquiries
- Mails Sorting
Qualifications
Requirements & Skills:
- Highly self-motivated and resilient and be able to work under pressure and abide by deadlines
- Able to work independently
- Have a high attention to detail with an ability to multi-task and prioritise a number of conflicting and demanding workloads
- Experience of coordinating or participating in admin projects
- Proficiency in spoken and written English & Chinese both
- Competency in Microsoft Office, and business management and presentation tools.
- Good team player and appreciate Lee Kum Kee corporate culture and value.
