As part of the Lee Kum Kee Global Talent Programme, the Brand & Digital Marketing Graduate Trainee 2025 will be developed into a future leader through an intensive, structured 18-month journey. Based in London and reporting to the Digital and Brand Marketing Manager, Europe, the trainee will have opportunities for on-the-job training, cross-functional exposure, project leadership, and mentorship.

The trainee will be involved in brand marketing initiatives, digital marketing campaigns, content creation, partnership activations, and performance analysis across the UK and European markets.

  • Brand & Campaign Support: Assist in the development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns, including ATL, BTL, and digital initiatives. Participate in the creative development of POSM materials, social media assets, and partnership collaterals.
  • Digital Marketing & Content Creation: Support the execution of digital campaigns across platforms (social media, website, email marketing, paid ads). Assist in content planning, copywriting, scheduling, and performance reporting.
  • Explore, coordinate, and deliver partnership campaigns to build brand visibility and engage new audiences.
  • Company-wide Event & Activity Participation: Actively participate in company-wide events, team-building activities, and corporate volunteering to build a holistic understanding of Lee Kum Kee’s culture and operations.
  • Market Research & Data Analysis: Conduct competitor and consumer insights analysis. Track and report campaign performance, making data-driven recommendations for optimization.
  • Complete rotation across marketing sub-functions to broaden skillsets. Maintain learning logs and proactively seek feedback to ensure continuous personal and professional growth.

Fresh graduate (Bachelor’s or Master’s degree) or with less than 2 years of work experience, preferably in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related fields. Agile and resilient in a fast-paced, multi-cultural business environment. Analytical and creative thinker with a problem-solving mindset.

Language Proficiency: Fluent in both spoken and written English. Knowledge of a European language or Chinese (Mandarin/Cantonese) is advantageous.

Other: Passionate about food and cooking culture. Willing to travel occasionally for business needs.
