LHH is delighted to be partnering with a leading organisation based in Worthing to recruit a HR / Recruitment Advisor on a 6-month fixed term contract. This is an exciting opportunity to join a collaborative, forward-thinking HR team, with genuine potential for the role to be extended or made permanent.
The role
As HR / Recruitment Advisor, you will play a key role in supporting both day-to-day HR operations and the organisation\’s talent acquisition strategy. Working closely with managers and the wider HR team, you will help to deliver an excellent employee experience from attraction and recruitment through to onboarding and retention.
Key responsibilities include
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, from drafting job adverts to coordinating interviews and offers.
- Advise and support managers on HR policies, procedures and best practice.
- Coordinate onboarding activities to ensure a smooth and positive induction experience.
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR systems.
- Contribute to HR and talent projects, including process improvements and engagement initiatives.
About You
- Previous experience in an HR and/or recruitment role is essential.
- CIPD Level 3 or equivalent experience would be an advantage.
- Strong knowledge of UK employment law and recruitment best practice.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships across the business.
- Highly organised with a proactive approach and attention to detail.
