Our clinic is expanding, and we\’re looking for our next Operations Scheduler .
ON A TYPICAL DAY, YOU WILL…
Work in International Phase 1 clinical trials, where the key question we all work to answer here in Drapers Yard is:
Under this framework, you will be responsible for day-to-day planning and coordinating the allocation of key teams´ personnel to the different clinical projects , ensuring all clinical procedures and participant safety activities are covered 24/7. You will:
Additionally, you will perform the following study procedures: blood withdrawal, taking vital signs and ECG when needed.
WHO YOU ARE
The most important aspect for us is you bring experience in a scheduling role , ideally planning and scheduling diaries , rotas and shifts for large teams.
While not required , background in Clinical Trials or Healthcare may be a plus, and we have a robust training program in place for you to learn the specifics of our operations.
If you are not familiar with blood extraction, taking vitals or using ECGs, don\’t worry -we´ll train you. However, you should be comfortable with needles and handling biological or radiolabeled materials.
